Today marks the 5th anniversary of the opening of Clean Car Turnpike. It has been a privilege to serve you, our customers, for the past five years. Thank you for your business. We look forward to making the next five years even better.

Continuing Improvements For YOU!

If you have washed your car recently, you have noticed that Clean Car Turnpike has a brand new, state of the art drying system. This computer controlled system actually senses the shape of your vehicle and adjusts the nozzles for optimal drying. It is not only quieter, but safer. For example, if you have loose trim on your vehicle, this system is much less likely to blow the loose item off the car than our previous system.

Clean Car Turnpike is pleased to offer our new, state of the art system as part of every wash package. This is just another example of how Clean Car Turnpike is always striving to improve our ability to provide you with Clean (And Dry) Cars in 3 Minutes.

Clean Car Turnpike Goes GREEN!

We are very focused on doing our part to protect the environment. Clean Car Turnpike has always used environmentally friendly chemicals in our wash process. And, we now reclaim and recycle at least 50% of our wash water.

In fact, it takes us less than 10 gallons of fresh water to wash your vehicle. According to the Southwest Car Wash Association web site, that is less than one third the amount of water that an average person uses to take a shower, and it is less than one third the amount that an average top load washing machine uses to do one load of laundry. At Clean Car Turnpike, we also use much less water than you would if you washed your vehicle in your driveway (estimated at 100-140 gallons if you leave the hose running while you wash).

This is more good news for the environment and is another reason to feel great about washing your vehicle at Clean Car Turnpike.

Gift Cards Now Available

Clean Car Turnpike is pleased to announce that we now offer rechargeable Gift Cards for your convenience. What a great gift idea for friend, co-workers or family!

With the Clean Car Turnpike Gift Card, you can enjoy the convenience of paying for your car wash with a quick swipe of a card instead of feeding cash into the reader. You can use your Gift Card for any of the wash packages we offer.

You can even check your available balance online. Just select Gift Card Balance on the menu at the left of this screen. You will need to have your card number handy, but you do not need a password or PIN -- just leave that field blank

Gift Cards can be recharged right at the terminal where you buy your wash. Whenever your gift card balance is insufficient to complete your purchase, you will be offered a chance to add more value to the card.

If you want to buy a gift card, just ask an attendant.

Rules of the Road

Pickup Beds

All pickup beds must be emptied before entering the payment lanes. If a truck bed has any debris or other loose object(s) in the bed when it approaches the tunnel, it will be diverted out of the wash line until the bed is cleaned out by the customer. Then, the vehicle will be reinserted in the wash line. We are sure that everyone will appreciate the fact that we will not make our other valued customers wait in line behind a pickup bed that is being cleaned.

Antennas

To eliminate any possibility of damage, Clean Car Turnpike recommends that antennas be removed and rear wiper blades be taped. This should be done prior to paying for the wash. We will be happy to assist with antenna removal and/or taping the rear wiper, if needed, in the customer prep area. Clean Car Turnpike will not pay for repairing any broken or bent antennas or rear wiper blades.

Bugs

Clean Car Turnpike uses only gentle materials and detergents on your car. So, if you have baked-on bugs or other dried-on or sticky substances on your vehicle, it is very possible that they will not come off in the carwash tunnel. However, you are welcome to pre-scrub difficult bugs in our Customer Prep area before paying for your wash. Clean Car Turnpike does not guarantee complete removal of dried on bugs, eggs, or other unusual materials.
