keep your business vehicles clean, save time, and save money. It saves time because it only takes about 3 minutes
to wash a car, van, SUV or pickup truck. It saves money because we have wash packages starting at just $4.00; and there is
never an additional charge for an oversized vehicle like a van or an SUV. To make it even better, we offer FREE self-serve
vacuums.
Appearance Counts
Since the appearance of your fleet vehicle is often the
first impression your business makes on new or prospective customers, you are probably already washing your vehicles on a
regular basis. Clean Car Turnpike offers the most simple and economical way to look your best for your customers. Our 110’
wash tunnel is loaded with state of the art car wash equipment that consistently turns out a clean, shiny vehicle. We can
even dress the tires with our automatic tire shiner, and protect the finish from both rain and damaging UV rays with our state
of the art polishes.
FLEET Cards
Clean Car Turnpike offers Fleet Cards with a magnetic
stripe that work like a credit card. You can set up your account so that the user of the card can choose the wash package,
or you can limit their choices. In addition, you can establish a PIN to protect against unauthorized use if the card is lost
or stolen. Multiple cards can be billed to a single account.
How It Works
The Clean Car Turnpike
Fleet Wash program is simple. A Clean Car Turnpike Fleet Card will be issued for each vehicle in your fleet. A refundable
deposit of $15 is required to activate each fleet card. If the account is in good standing, this deposit will be refunded
when the card is deactivated. On the first of each month, you will receive a report of the prior month’s activities
and an invoice via e-mail. Invoices are payable on receipt by company check or credit card. If an invoice is not paid within
30 days, all fleet cards will be deactivated and the deposits are forfeited. The program can be reinstated upon payment of
all amounts due plus a reinstatement fee.
Limitations
- No dual wheel vehicles
- No vehicles taller
than 7’2"
- Pickup beds must be empty (no oils, solvents, tools, parts, coolers, debris, etc.)
- No
tires wider than 13"
- No large trailer hitches (especially no equalizing hitches)
- Our wash equipment is
very safe and we do not experience problems with well-maintained vehicles. Absolutely no claims will be paid for damage
to antennas, wiper blades, mirrors, signage, vehicle modifications or trim. Our staff will be happy to assist in removing
antennas and taping wiper blades on request.
- Clean Car Turnpike reserves the right to turn away any vehicle that,
due to its shape or condition, might present a threat of damage to itself or our wash equipment.
Discounts
Clean Car Turnpike is pleased to offer discounted prices for higher volume customers. If your business spends
$100 or more on washes in a given month, we will deduct 15% from your invoice. Additional discounts may be negotiated if you
select upgraded wash packages for your program.
